1st Online International Aerial Arts Festival "ELADA"

Dear friends, we are happy to announce that we are accepting applications to the first international online festival of aerial arts "ELADA"

What does it mean for a festival to be online? It is an innovative competition format with a live broadcast that opens bright new horizons.
In just three weeks on the 2ND and 3RD of May we will be broadcasting live all of the submitted video performances with voice-over commentary in two languages. Moreover, you will be able to see live the scores that our judges give for each performance and the winners in each category.

Chief judge of the festival

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Docent, 25 years in teaching and coaching. Author of 50+ origonal interactive shows and events, organizer of international artistic projects, dance competitions, sporting events, and aerial athletics festivals.

Eduard Gelazarov

(Russian Federation)

Laureate of the Russian circus and scenic arts awards in Moscow. Gold medalist at the international circus cup in Berlin (Germany). Winner of the international circus festival in Monte-Carlo (Monaco). Finalist of the "Minute of Fame" TV show. The creator of and the lead performer in "The Castle of Illusions" show.

Ekaterina Rogacheva

(Russian Federation)

Ballet performer, choreographer and art director of multiple shows. Director of the "Sensation Show" dance project. Lead master of Ceremony of the Moscow Music Hall.

Christina Antuan El-Huri

(Ukraine)

Multiple time winner and medalist of international festivals and competition in aerial athletics in the Pole Sport and Pole Art, Aerial Hoop, and Original Apparatus categories. Certified instructor on the international level.

Head director of international charity project "Miracle in us". Medalist and Laureate of Russian and International competitions in scenic arts. Poetess, singer, writer, performer.

Unique Online Format

The International festival of Aerial Arts is being hosted online for the first time ever. Do not confuse this unique event with he regular offline competitions! We guarantee that your submission will be seen and scored by our entire professional panel of eight judges from all over the world. Every submission will be broadcasted live! This is a unique opportunity for you to enjoy all submissions and the chance to showcase your talent to the thousands of viewers of our broadcast. Beside the judges' scores our independent commentators will also review your work, and the fan-favorite athlete decided by our viewers will receive a special award.

Novel Nominations

Our festival allows You to try your hand in completely new disciplines. For example, if you are an aerialist who has epic pictures – share them! Did you draw a unique element on paper? Apply for the "Visual Arts" nomination. Did you come up with a mind-blowingly beautiful costume design or maybe you already have the costume of your dreams – apply now! Tell us about your training sessions, about your dreams… It could be a poem, an article or even a vlog.

COVID-19 Support

We know how tough it is for the people living in the countries most affected by COVID-19. Our festival is for their support! We are accepting the applications for athletes from USA, Italy, China, Spain, Germany free of charge, and You can let everyone know that we stand united, that we are all together in this, and that we will prevail! Altough we might be far apart right now we will see all of You at the first international festival of aerial arts "ELADA"!
